Jeff is a professional fiction editor and novelist with 15 years of experience in the Christian publishing industry. Jeff’s passion is to encourage aspiring Christian novelists.  Barb is a former senior editor at Bethany House Publishers with over fifteen years of experience in the Christian book industry. She has worked with a number of best-selling novelists—Beverly Lewis, Kristen Heitzmann, Linda Nichols, Tracie Peterson, and Judith Pella, to name a few—as well as award-winning authors of non-fiction and young adult books. Paul has edited books for 30 years. His work in theology and the Christian life includes books by Stephen Arterburn, Dwight Edwards, Robert Jeffress, Kay Arthur, Michael Youssef, Kathryn Bascom, Fran Love and Jeleta Eckheart, Alan Medinger, Joey O’Connor, and Diane Noble; in addition he’s worked with dozens of novelists. He has a simple editorial philosophy: his job — by listening, collaborating, and teaching — is helping a writer produce the best book possible and honor its inspiration. Janna Nysewander is a former editor of Bethany House Publishers with 17 years of experience in the Christian book industry and has contributed her expertise to many best-selling authors’ books, including Beverly Lewis, Tracie Peterson, Lynn Austin, Lauraine Snelling, Deeanne Gist, and Kevin Johnson. She has a wide variety of experience, from popular youth series and teen devotionals, to both fiction and nonfiction for adults.
